There is clearly some sort of problem. Our Bazando team will be happy to dig deeper into the problem. To save yourself some time however, here is something you might want to check first…: your web browser settings.

What might be happening is that your cookies are being blocked by your browser. This means Bazando partner shops cannot identify you as a Bazando user and will therefore not give us a commission so we can credit you your cashback.

So in order to be identified as a Bazando user by the partner shop and therefore receive cashback, make sure to have the right settings, depending on your browser.
