  • Your purchase has been tracked and your cashback has been validated

  • Your purchase has been tracked but your cashback still needs to be confirmed by the partner shop.

  • Your payment is in progress. The request has been received and will be processed shortly.

  • The payment has been made successfully

  • Your cashback has been refused by the partner shop.

    Possible causes:

    • Return of product
    • Cancellation of purchase
    • 3 step process to receive cashback was not followed correctly
